ba99ba reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create an account on ba99ba:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Identity verification documents (national ID card, passport, or birth certificate) must be provided upon request by ba99ba.

Account Suspension and Closure

ba99ba reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Misusing the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.

In the event of account closure, ba99ba will assess on a case-by-case basis whether verified funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned.

Deposit Policy

The following rules apply to depositing funds on ba99ba:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits may only be made using the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• ba99ba will never ask you to send money directly to a personal mobile number; use only the app or approved payment channels.

Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Processing time: typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be made (where applicable).
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• ba99ba reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request under investigation if fraud is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 (10 × ৳1,000) before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• ba99ba reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without notice.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• Not all games may count equally toward bonus wagering — contact support for details.
• ba99ba may forfeit bonuses at any time in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

VIP Program

ba99ba's VIP program has 5 tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The criteria for tier changes are determined separately by ba99ba and are subject to change. VIP membership is non-transferable.

General Betting Terms

• Once any bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are issued due to a technical error, ba99ba reserves the right to void that transaction.
• ba99ba will not be held responsible for any bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• If a sporting result is disputed, ba99ba will follow the decision of the relevant authority.
• Placing a bet on an event after its result is known is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:

• Match fixing or betting using prior knowledge of a result.
• Arbitrage betting or any other betting method that manipulates the system.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Stealing another user's information or hacking.

If a resolution is not reached within 30 days of the complaint being submitted, both parties may agree to pursue an alternative dispute resolution method by mutual consent.

In the event of any conflict between the English version (if available) and the Bengali version of these terms in matters of interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ba99ba website — including logos, graphics, text, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of ba99ba. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without the prior written permission of ba99ba is prohibited.

Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence for personal use.
